1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter — "Terms") constitute a binding legal document setting forth the rights and obligations of the Buyer and Seller, the terms of purchase, payment, delivery, return, and other provisions related to the sale of goods in the solideast.com online store. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms, agree to them, and undertake to comply with them.

2. SELLER

The Seller is responsible for the sale and shipment of physical goods ordered through the website.

3. BUYER

The Buyer — any natural or legal person visiting solideast.com and purchasing goods. If the Buyer is a natural person acquiring goods for purposes not related to their business or professional activity, they are considered a consumer under applicable EU consumer rights legislation.

4. GOODS AND PRICES

All prices are quoted in euros (EUR). The Seller reserves the right to change product prices and assortment. Prices valid at the time of order placement are final. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Discrepancies due to screen settings are not considered product defects.

5. DELIVERY TERRITORY

The Seller ships goods to European Union member states, the United Kingdom (UK), and the United States. Shipments to other regions are not made unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. ORDER PLACEMENT AND CONTRACT FORMATION

The Buyer selects goods and places them in the shopping cart. The Buyer submits the order and accurate contact details. Before payment, the Buyer must confirm that they have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping, Return, and Warranty Policies. The contract is concluded when full payment is received by the Seller. The Seller confirms the order by email within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.

7. PAYMENT

Payment shall be made in advance by bank transfer via SEPA Instant or SEPA SCT to the following account: IBAN: DE68202208000029204482 Account name: Taizhou Yidiyun Import and Export Co., Ltd. This account accepts SEPA transfers only.

8. DELIVERY

Goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer. All orders are shipped from the Seller's warehouse in China unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page or checkout. Delivery times are specified in the Shipping Policy. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance, or force majeure. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed before payment.

9. TRANSFER OF TITLE AND RISK

Title to and risks pass to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider. For EU consumers, risk passes upon delivery to the address provided, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)

Consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. Detailed conditions are set out in the Return Policy.

11. WARRANTY

All goods are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU consumer rights legislation. Detailed conditions are set out in the Warranty Policy.

12. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

13.1 Nature of the Seller's Role

The Seller operates as a sourcing and procurement intermediary. The Seller does not manufacture the goods offered on the Website. Goods are sourced from third-party manufacturers and factories based on the Buyer's order. The Seller's role is to facilitate the purchase, quality inspection, and international shipment of goods from the manufacturer's facility to the Buyer.

13.2 Mandatory Conformity Guarantee for EU Consumers

Where the Buyer is an EU consumer, the goods are covered by a 2-year legal conformity guarantee as required by EU Directive 1999/44/EC and transposing national laws. This guarantee covers defects in the goods that existed at the time of delivery. The Seller remains directly liable to the EU consumer for such defects notwithstanding the Seller's intermediary role or the fact that the goods were manufactured by a third party.

13.3 Scope of Remedies

Where a defect is confirmed, the Seller's liability is limited, at the Seller's discretion, to: (a) repair of the defective goods; (b) replacement of the defective goods with identical or equivalent goods; (c) a proportionate reduction in the purchase price; or (d) refund of the purchase price upon return of the defective goods. These remedies are subject to the procedures and conditions set out in the Warranty Policy.

13.4 Exclusion for Custom Specifications

The Seller is not liable under the conformity guarantee for defects that are a direct and unavoidable result of specifications, designs, materials, or requirements provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer orders custom-made or bespoke goods based on their own drawings, samples, or instructions, the Seller guarantees only that the finished product conforms to the agreed specifications and that the materials and workmanship meet industry standards. The Seller does not guarantee the fitness of the Buyer's own design for any particular purpose.

13.5 Limitation on Consequential and Indirect Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of anticipated savings, damage to reputation, or any other economic loss arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or inability to use the goods, even if the Seller has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13.6 Cap on Liability

The Seller's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any single order shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the Buyer for that order. This cap does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by the Seller's negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

13.7 Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events, circumstances, or causes beyond the Seller's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, accidents, strikes, shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials, customs delays, or export/import restrictions. In the event of force majeure, the Seller's obligations are suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. If the force majeure event continues for more than sixty (60) days, either party may cancel the affected order by written notice, and the Seller shall refund any payments received for goods not yet shipped.

13.8 Manufacturer Recourse

The Buyer acknowledges that the Seller is not the manufacturer of the goods. The Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to pursue claims against the relevant manufacturer or supplier on the Buyer's behalf, but the Buyer agrees that their sole and direct remedy for defects remains against the Seller as the contracting party. Any recovery obtained by the Seller from the manufacturer shall be applied to satisfy the Buyer's valid claim.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes are first resolved by negotiation. Non-EU disputes are resolved in the competent court in Taizhou (PRC) under PRC law. EU consumers retain their statutory right to bring proceedings in their country of residence. ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr

15. AMENDMENTS

The Seller may amend these Terms. Amendments take effect upon publication and apply to new orders.

16. IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Because goods are shipped from China, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by the customs authority or courier in your country. These charges are the buyer's sole responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and agree to pay all applicable import charges.
